Including stakeholders in all project, phases are important to achieve goals and improve internal and community partnerships. Participants will learn the theory of stakeholder management; best practices to identify stakeholders, manage stakeholder engagement, and control stakeholder involvement, and the goal to stakein2win. Participants will use strategies introduced in this session and lessons learned from leading past and current projects and diverse teams, to begin drafting a stakeholder management plan to use in future projects.
